Career Training for Youth

Mawe and Papa are committed to empowering the youth in South Africa by providing them with the necessary skills and training to kick-start their careers.

Our career training programs are designed to equip young individuals with industry-relevant knowledge, professional skills, and practical experience. These programs cover areas such as CV writing, interview skills, communication skills, job search strategies, and workplace etiquette.

We also provide career guidance to high school children by advising them on which subjects they should take in matric for specific careers. This advise comes in the form of customised booklets we design and develop which contain the relevant information. Mawe and Papa also offers career day services where we attend schools and tertiary institutions to showcase careers to students.
